One of M2C's largest ongoing client relationships has been with Ronald McDonald House at Stanford (RMHS)--part of the international nonprofit organization Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC). RMHS is now the largest of the 338 Houses operated by RMHC in 57 countries.
When we began working with the House in September 2013 their collateral was a haphazard, and globally non-compliant mashup. Within six months, we defined and refined the RMHS brand, increased the quality of their digital and print outreach, event, and program materials, and developed comprehensive and effective email marketing and direct campaign pieces, including the successful reimagining of their $1 million end-of-year fundraising campaign.
Furthermore, we elevated the House's online presence by taking the lead on their website redevelopment project, and implementing a social media strategy that has markedly increased engagement among target audiences--all on a not-for-profit budget.
